Study increase the mechanical characteristics of tool materials by cryogenic treatment

چکیده

In this work, the hypothesis of taking into account a specific thermoEMF to determine degree hardening cutting tool by cryogenic is put forward, which most convenient and important value from point view information content. As result studies improving mechanical characteristics instrumental materials treatment, values absolute thermo emf were revealed depending on temperature three obtained tarrying them together with platinum. The temperatures at maximum emf, have been obtained. It was found that deep cooling metal increases ordering its structure vibrational energy crystal lattice. results study showed resistance up times, positively affects efficiency use such in production. reduction costs expressed kilowatt-hours associated sharpening can reach 30% total amount electricity consumed.
